1. Returns
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date they receive their order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
- All original tags, protective packaging, and accessories must be included.
- The item must be sent back in its original packaging.
To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@saint-armont.com with your order number and the reason for the return. After we review your request, we will send you the instructions for returning your item.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products on sale or labeled as “Free Gift”;
- Gift cards.
3. Refunds
After your returned item arrives and is inspected, we will contact you by email to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
Please keep in mind:
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Orders that received free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee.
4. Exchanges
We can only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

All exchanges depend on product availability.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service or buying shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If the return is due to an error on our part — such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product — we will cover the return shipping costs.
