How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• United Kingdom: 3 to 4 business days
• Australia: 4 to 6 business days
• United States: 5 to 7 business days
• Other eligible destinations: 9 to 12 business days
Including processing time, the estimated total delivery times are:
• United Kingdom: approximately 4 to 7 business days
• Australia: approximately 5 to 9 business days
• United States: approximately 6 to 10 business days
• Other eligible destinations: approximately 10 to 15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, local carrier operations, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to eligible destinations in more than 65 countries.
Available destinations are shown during checkout. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
We currently offer free tracked shipping to eligible destinations available at checkout.
What are the return rules?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Products purchased during a promotion or with a discount remain eligible for return unless they were clearly marked as “Final Sale” before purchase.
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, SAINT ARMONT will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email titled “Your order is on the way” containing your tracking information.
Tracking information may take a short period to become active. After the package reaches the destination country, delivery may be transferred to a local last-mile carrier, and the tracking page may display updated carrier information or a new local tracking number.
