I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging and contact us within 3 days. Send a picture/video of the package, items, and any notes from the delivery company to info@saint-armont.com.
We'll help you either get a refund or replace the item, depending on what's wrong.
I received a wrong item. What should I do?
We are extremely sorry to hear you received the wrong item!
Please contact info@saint-armont.com and we will help you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been dispatched, as they are processed and shipped by our warehouse within 3 to 5 days.
If the order has not been dispatched yet, you can request changes or cancellations. If you’ve ordered an item that you wish to return, you can submit your request via email to info@saint-armont.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We offer store credit refunds if you change your mind.
All original packaging must be returned with the product in order for the credits to be applied. The item must show no signs of use or wear.

Can I track my order?
Yes! From the start that your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.
Additionally, on the Customer Service section of our website, under Tracking, you can enter your tracking number to keep track of your order in real-time.
