Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Request Period
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with all labels and original packaging intact. Used products will not be accepted for return. Returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. We do not offer refunds in cash, only store credit.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping to our store will be free of charge for the customer. We offer free return shipping for all return cases.

4. Return Request Process
To request a return, the customer must send an email to info@saint-armont.com with the following information:
• Photo or video of the product, showing the defect or reason for return
• Detailed explanation of the issue with the product
After submission, our team will contact the customer within 3 business days to inform them of the next steps.

5. Store Credit
Store credit will be issued for the returned product and can be used for future purchases. The credit will be made available within 5 business days after the return is approved. We do not offer refunds in cash.

6. Defective Product Exchanges
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it at no additional cost. If the defective product is no longer available, the customer will be informed and can choose another option, or will be refunded with store credit, as described above.

7. Return Exceptions
Used or altered products of any kind will not be accepted for return or exchange. In addition, customized products cannot be returned.
